Garlic Herb Dip
___ ___ ___ ________________ ___ ___ ___

5.3 ounces tofu (1/3 of a 16-ounce block firm tofu)
4 tablespoons soymilk (1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablepoon dry parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves fresh garlic (medium size)

1. Blend ingredients in a food processor for a full 1-2 minutes, until it's smooth and creamy.

2. Transfer dip to a bowl and chill before serving. Serve with fresh cut up vegetables, chips or wholesome crackers. (Also makes a great sandwich spread!)

Makes about 1 cup (2-4 servings)

This recipe makes a delicious cholesterol-free, heart-healthy dip and snack!
